Arrival Time

There is parking onsite, clients are free to park wherever they find a convenient spot. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to your scheduled appointment, this will provide you with ample time to complete any forms if necessary and use the restroom prior to the start of your service. Please see "Late Arrival" below.

Late Arrival

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for the full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and Fees

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for a single client, a 48-hour notice for two clients, and a 72-hour notice is required for a party of 3 or more. Any cancellations made outside of the allotted cancelation window are subject to a cancelation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service(s). Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for that time. Additionally, many times our therapist will be functioning in an “on-call” status and may have traveled to the center specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are obligated to compensate our therapists for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. This policy allows us to retain our talented and experienced therapists.

If you are to cancel a prepaid appointment within the allotted cancellation time frame, the service amount will automatically be credited back to your account for future use. Refunds will be processed upon request, but please note that a non-refundable credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our center’s scheduling policies. We thank you for your understanding!

Code of Conduct

We prioritize fostering a professional and respectful environment for our clients and team members alike. This allows us to provide, and for our clients to receive optimal service. Clients and team members are expected to treat one another with respect and courtesy during any and all interactions. This includes refraining from using any type of offensive, abusive or discriminatory language or behaviors. Clients are encouraged to share feedback. Any concerns should be shared during an appropriate time with the proper person. This should be done in a constructive and professional manner. Mystic Massage & Wellness will not tolerate discrimination of any sort, including discrimination of race, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities or any other identifying characteristics. Our service providers hold the right to refuse service and/or end a session at any time if they feel harassed sexually or otherwise, threatened verbally or physically, intimidated, or uncomfortable in any way. If it is suspected a client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they will be asked to leave and not be able to receive their service. Refunds will not be granted in this event. All clients are required to comply with Center policies, and guidelines. Failure to do so may result in clients being prohibited to return.
